Payment on Pick up option is only applicable for Orctown Store Pickup orders, which should be picked up within 1 week from order placement.
In case of pre-order items, it should be picked up within 1 week from release date.

General rules of thumb
1. All orders should be paid WITHIN 24 HOURS from the order placement. If it passes the due date, the system cancels order automatically.
2. The money transfer has to be made AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER. All bank transfer payments are checked automatically by the system and not monitored by staffs. If you make your payment before placing order, the payment will not be recognized and the order will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours following the Rule #1 above.
3. The payment should be made with EXACT AMOUNT AND WITH THE SAME DEPOSITOR'S NAME YOU PUT WITH ORDER PLACEMENT. As the system cannot match the payment data with order data if the amount is less or more, the order will be automatically cancelled if you send wrong amount of money. Also please make sure you send money with the same name you specified as sender's name or the system cannot check the payment.
4. There are 3 options for delivery. CJ Korea Express (1-2 days/KRW 4,000) / Quick Delivery (1-2 hours/KRW 18,000-350,000 depending on your location) / Store Pick up (You need to visit Pick Up Center during open hours within 7 days from order placement). Quick Delivery is paid on delivery and not free so you should be able to receive your order and pay the courier. We will reach you before we send Quick Service order to you via your contact number. If we cannot not reach you, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded as you would not be able to receive the order within few hours.
5. By any chance you made errors with above rules, please send an email to order@orctown-store.com with your Order Number/Customer Name/Phone Number in the body and state what issue you have. If you made wrong payment (time/amount/name) please send us your transfer information along with other info. Transfer info should contain date/time/amount/sender's name for the transfer. After checking all needed information, we will give you further instructions.

5. Fill shipping information using your address. If you chose to purchase as non-member, also set order inquiry password.
6. Select shipping method.
1) CJ Korea Express: Takes 1-3 days. KRW 4,000 flat rate except for islands.
2) Qucik delivery: Same day express by motorbike paid on delivery. It is NOT KRW 0 free delivery. You should pay the courier ON DELIVERY. Rate varies on distance (KRW 18,000 - 350,000)
3) ORCTOWN Store Pickup: Visit ORCTOWN Pickup center on Sat/Sun (1100-1800) and pick up yourself within 7 days from order placement. (7 days from sales date in case of pre-order)
7. Select Payment Option
1) Deposit without bankbook: If you can make money transfer using your banking app or ATM, please choose this. Make sure Name of depositor matches the name you use to send money. Otherwise it cannot be recognized by automatic checking system and your order could be cancelled. DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY UNTIL YOU FINISH STEP 9. SYSTEM CANNOT RECOGNIZE PAYMENT MADE BEFORE ORDER NUMBER IS CONFIRMED.
2) Paying Credit Card: If have credit card issued by Korean company, please choose this.
3) Mobile phone payment: If you can make small amount payment using your mobile phone bill, please choose this.
